You can update your email, phone number and linked payment account anytime through account settings. Deleting your account requires a support request; we'll verify your identity and process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining balance is returned to your deposit method.

We retain all deposit, withdrawal and gameplay logs for twelve months. You can download statements directly from your account dashboard. After twelve months, records are archived but remain available if you contact support with a specific request.
