We share transaction data with DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS solely to process your deposits and withdrawals. No marketing third party receives your personal data, and we do not sell or rent data under any arrangement.

Data Access Requests

You have the right to request a full export of the personal data we hold on your account. Submit the request through Settings → Privacy → Request My Data and we will deliver a structured file to your registered email within 7 business days.

Policy Change Notifications

When we update this privacy policy in a material way, we send a notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before the change takes effect, so you have time to review and, if needed, close your account.

We collect your full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the device identifier of the first device you use to log in. Payment metadata from DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS is also recorded to verify transactions, but wallet PINs and card numbers are never stored on our servers.

We retain your account records for 12 months after closure to satisfy financial reporting obligations. After that period, all personally identifiable information is deleted from our active databases. Session and IP logs are purged after 90 days regardless of whether the account is open or closed.

Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy → Request My Data inside your account. We will compile a structured export covering your registration details, transaction history and session log summary, then deliver it to your registered email within 7 business days.
